Create Smart Delay Block

There are 2 ways to add a Smart Delay block:

Add Smart Delay Block from Trigger Block

Click the Smart Delay to add the condition block

Add Condition Block from Other Blocks

Drag the endpoint of the last block and select Smart Delay
