Export Business App Chat History

1. Open Business APP
2. Tap More options > More > Export chat.

1. Tap Without media or Include media.
2. An email will be created with your chat history attached as a .zip file.

💡

• If you choose Include media, the most recent media sent will be added as attachments to be sent from your sharesheet.
• When exporting with media or without media, you can send up to 100,000 latest messages.
