Connecting Messenger step by step ​

Before connecting ,please make sure you have been prepared fully , preparation list is here.

  1. Visit Chatbooster Home page. Choose the workspace that you want to connect

  1. Click on "Connect" on the Messenger row

  1. Click on "Get started"

  1. Click on "Edit previous settin..." or “Login the account" to login your facebook account .

Note : you need have admin access of your Facebook Page and corrsponding Meta Business Portfilio account.

  1. Select the "Meta Business Portfilio" that contains the and Click on "Continue"

  1. Select the Facebook page that you want to connect and Click "Continue"

Note: don't untick provious options. e.g, you just need tick the new facebook page that you want to connect ,but don't remove the facebook page you have already connected.

  1. Click on "Save"

  1. Click on "Got it"

  1. Switch to ChatBooster

Tick the new facebook page that you want to connect to this workspace and Click “Confirm”

  1. When the Facebook Pages is connected successfully, you will see snackbar tips on the left-down corner and you will see the Facebook page name in Settings-Messenger.
