Create a ChatBooster Workspace ​

Preparation list ​

Please have the following ready in advance

1. Workspace Logo: Typically, this is the company logo. Recommended size: 512x512px (1:1 aspect ratio).

2. Workspace Name: This reflects the name of your company or brand.

3. Website (if any): The URL of your company website, if applicable.

4. Owner’s Email: A valid email address where the workspace owner can receive messages.

5. Owner’s Phone Number: A contact number for the workspace owner.

Create Workspace ​

If you haven't got a ChatBooster account yet... ​

💡 Please note that you will automatically become the workspace owner if you register a new account to create the workspace. If your teammates have already created a workspace, please ask the workspace owner to invite you instead of creating a new one.

  1. Open the signup page. Enter the email address of the owner, and then click "Continue"

  1. Enter the "Verification code" received in the email

  1. Fill in your profile information, and then click "Next"
  • Full name
  • Phone number
  • Optional to set avatar

  1. Fill in the company (workspace) information, and then click "Next"

  1. Congratulations! You have completed the process and can continue by following the step-by-step guide.

If you've already had a ChatBooster account... ​

Navigate to the homepage, click the workspace logo, select "+ Create Workspace" from the dropdown, and follow the guide above to complete the process.
