Connect with a new number

ChatBooster has been partnering with 360dialog, a verified WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP), to streamline the registration and integration process for your WhatsApp Business API Account. Start by registering a new 360dialog account to proceed with the Embedded Signup process. Please be aware that WhatsApp messaging fees charged by Meta may apply once your number is successfully connected to the Cloud API.
💡Before you get started, please check the checklist here first.
Get started
- Click “Connect” on the WhatsApp Cloud API section to continue.
💡
Please make sure your workspace has subscribed to pricing plans and have enough quota to connect WhatsApp API account.
- Choose “Continue with a new number” and click “Next”.
- Click “Get Started”, and then you will be redirected to the popup window from both 360dialog and Meta.
- Register a 360dialog account via the popup window, please do not use and existing 360dialog account.
- In the next step “About your number”, please respectively choose “No, this number is not connected to WhatsApp Business API” and “No, this number is not connected to a personal WhatsApp account”, and then click “Confirm number details” to continue.
- Click “Start Embedded Signup”
- Log in to your Facebook account with Admin access of your Meta Business Account
- Choose the Business portfolio you want to create the WhatsApp API account, and enter related business details according to the guidelines.
- Choose “Create a WhatsApp Business Account” & “Create a new WhatsApp Business profile” here. Please do NOT create the WhatsApp API account under an existing WhatsApp Business Account. Then create a “WhatsApp Business Account Name” and “WhatsApp Business display name” (Display name guidelines) and choose the “Category” to continue.
- Fill in the phone number for your WhatsApp and verify via Text message or Phone call. Then wait for the account creation.
Please do not worry if you find the below notice “Sorry, but it seems like our servers are getting many requests right now. Your number will be ready in a few minutes. We will notify you via email as soon as you can continue with thee setup.”
It may take 5-15 minutes during the process.
If it takes too long, you can log in to 360dialog client hub to finish the Partner application authorization process.

- Log in to https://app.360dialog.com/
- In the 360dialog Hub, access the Menu bar at the top of the page > Settings > Partner Settings.
- In the Partner Settings section, select the numbers that you wish to grant permission to the new partner to manage.
- Click on the "Save Changes" button to apply the permissions.

- Authorize “ChatBooster” as your partner on 360dialog, click “Finish”. Then you’ll be redirected back to ChatBooster to finish the final connecting step.
- When you’re redirected to ChatBooster, enter a “Channel name” for your internal recognition, and then click “Submit”.
- And all is done!
- Last but not least, don’t forget to top up your balance before you send out messages!
Please choose amount to top up in Settings > WhatsApp Cloud API > Billing.
