Preparation before connecting Instagram

Here are the items you will need to prepare before connecting your Facebook Instagram channel to ChatBooster. Please check each item one by one:

1.Have a Facebook Page

If you do not have a Facebook Page, please create one.

2.Have a Verified Business Portfolio that Connects to Your Facebook Page

Check if you have a verified Business Portfolio.

3.Have an Eligible Instagram Professional Account

Check if you have a Professional Instagram account.

If you don’t, create a Professional Instagram account.

4.Connect Professional Instagram Account to Facebook Page

Check if your Instagram is already connected to a Facebook page.If it isn’t, connect your Professional Instagram Account to a Facebook page.

5.Allow Access to Messages

Ensure access to Messages is allowed.
