How to Export WhatsApp Business App Chat History

If you want to back up the chat history of your WhatsApp Business App account before deleting the number, please follow the steps below 👇

1.Open the WhatsApp Business App.

2.Tap More options > More > Export chat.

3.Select Without media or Include media.

4.An email will be created with your chat history attached as a .zip file.

💡 Tips:

If you select Include media, the most recent media files will be included as attachments to the email.
You can export up to 100,000 of your most recent messages, whether or not media is included.
